Loan Field Support provides assistance to all of the Imaging Users in Loan Origination. The Imaging Community includes loan centers, CSCs and Telefinance. It includes users who fax in loans, as well as those who view and process the imaged documents.

Loan Field Support sets up new imaging sites, orders equipment and trains users. Our help desk is open Monday thru Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. CST.
